property of the Knights of Columbus or its licensors and are protected by

programs of the Order. Because certain information concerning the Knights of

such material without the written permission of the Knights of Columbus.

Knights of Columbus nor any of its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents,
representatives or licensors shall be liable to you or anyone else for any loss
or injury or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive
or similar damages arising out of your access or use of, or your inability to
access or use, the service and the sites and the information available on the
service and the sites or arising out of any action taken in response to or as a
result of any information available on the service and the sites. You hereby
waive any and all claims against the Knights of Columbus and its agents,

5. It is against Knights of Columbus rules
to use any information on this site in regards, but not limited to phone and
email information for any political or advertising purposes what so ever.
In addition Knights of Columbus prohibit the marketing of any insurance products
or partisan political actions with any information on this site. Such
information provided on this site is for the sole use of the Knights of Columbus
of Naperville and other Knights as for information regarding Knights of Columbus
activities and events.
6. Any Knight using contact information
obtained on this site for partisan political politics is grounds for termination
of membership and all benefits from the Knights of Columbus and its affiliates
(this is a National and State Knights of Columbus policy).
